We\u2019ll specifically examine the connection between your overall employee satisfaction and referral rates, the importance of clearly defined program rules and service level agreements, the need for transparency in the process and the challenges of developing a fair reward structure, especially in an international environment.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll take you through the evolution of Red Hat\u2019s referral program, from our early days as an edgy startup to our current status as a global enterprise leader. We\u2019ll share with you what worked as well as what didn\u2019t.
