This makes the children much more capable of finding the information they need and find their bearings in the issue. Their way of thinking is more global and technologies help their problem-solving be much easier. On the other hand, these children require immediate feedback and quickly lose attention and interest, they cannot dive into a problem and examine a single problem for a longer time, their communication is shifted online and they lose their empathy, the ability to build deeper relationships, they get demotivated quickly and are unable to accept negative feedback.<\/span><\/p>\n

This generation transfers these character habits, whether positive or negative, to the work environment and companies will have to learn to deal with them. Will you be able to learn these characteristics or will your company need to adapt to them? Karol\u00edna works with school children and parents to manage their addiction to the online world, mobile phones, and tablet computers.
