The number of people (employees) facing various kinds of the burnout syndrome has been increasing rapidly. The burnout syndrome has become a global health issue. It\u2019s a long-term process, a consequence of chronic work-related stress that hasn\u2019t been dealt with properly. It can leave you completely exhausted, cynical and feeling there is nothing useful you can do any more.<\/span><\/p>\n

In her lecture, Zuzana will reveal which factors can cause burnout and affect the progress, how to recognise the symptoms in yourselves or in others and how to avoid any critical impact of the burnout on individuals, the team or the entire company.
