Are you saying you don\u2019t know what it\u2019s about? Neurodiversity refers to variations in the human brain of individuals. Research shows that approximately 20% of the working population have a kind of learning disorder (dysgraphia, dyslexia), suffer from a certain level of autism, hyperactivity or attention disorder. People often don\u2019t even know about that. <\/span><\/p>\n

Theo will introduce his personal story as somebody who is Neurodivergent and will explain why diversity of thought is important in teams. He will also think about why we are hurting people in the interview and assessment process, including ourselves and what we can do about it. This is a positive story about bringing much needed change! Together, we CAN do it!<\/span><\/p>\n
