🎓 Lucie graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University, and after gaining experience in law and at the Embassy in Athens, she found her true calling in HR — where she has been creating with passion and respect for people since 2006.

🌍 As Group HR Manager at Brammer, she led HR operations across 9 European countries. For the Italian company HTS, she set up HR processes and payroll systems, and at IVECO Bus she was responsible for more than 3,500 employees — focusing on reducing absenteeism and turnover while optimizing headcount for maximum operational productivity.

🚀 Between 2019–2021, she was a key figure in launching the Dutch retail chain Action in the Czech Republic — as the very first management hire, she built everything from recruitment and HR controlling to onboarding and training.

🌱 In 2021, she founded the HR Legal Club, an educational community bridging law and HR. Under the HR mezi řádky project, she organizes HR leaders’ meetups, provides interim HR management, and supports retail and manufacturing companies in setting up effective HR processes and controlling.

💼 Lucie believes that good HR is born at the intersection of law and human approach, and her work reflects this — combining expertise with personal care and practical impact.
